Blame Daddy started the way most good ideas do — a little chaotic, a little unhinged, and definitely not overthought.

We’re three queer guys from Washington, DC who had a simple idea: make something fun, a little bold, and rooted in the kind of community that raised us. What started as a joke between friends turned into something bigger — a brand for people who don’t take themselves too seriously but still want to look good doing it.

Blame Daddy is about confidence, humor, a little bit of attitude, and wearing something that actually feels like you. We make pieces that feel like they were pulled straight from Daddy’s closet — the good stuff you “borrow” and somehow never give back. Comfortable, bold when it needs to be, and always a little bit mischievous.

But one thing that’s always been important to us is community. The queer community has given us so much — spaces to belong, people who show up for each other, and the freedom to be exactly who we are. Giving back and staying engaged with that community is a core part of what we do and what Blame Daddy stands for.

We’re not trying to be perfect. We’re not trying to be polished. We’re just here to make clothes that make people smile, feel confident, and maybe stir up a little harmless trouble.
